While this approach is not completely without merit, the savvy writer understands that an additional approach is necessary in order to launch their dream career. This is where Sherwood Oaks steps in.In the Backdoor to Hollywood course, we introduce a select number of Sherwood Oaks students to several independent producers and development executives who are actively seeking new material and have a proven track record, both for working with new writers and for getting films made. This increases the chances of making your movie or getting a foot in the door to get your first paid assignment.In short, this course presents a clear, practical path to launching your career!Due to the nature of this course, we can only offer it to a limited number of qualified Sherwood Oaks alumni.
